Instagram Stories 4
The concept of Instagram is to let pictures speak for themselves, consequently most instagramers post a picture without a lot of comments. There are a few that add a poem or a fragment of a bigger story because they are poets or writers. I never just posted a picture and let it stand there. Almost right from the beginning I added at least a caption which would have a connection to the picture somehow. My supershortstories picked up at some point when I had the feeling that captions were simply not enough. These stories are so short, very often just a sentence long, that they are nothing more than just another form of captions. However one might call it, I went for the term supershortstories, which describes it quite well. After all, there is a story behind most photographs I take...
All of a sudden I saw her standing there looking down on her phone, but was sure that she saw me. I tried backing up, and in the next instance the room filled with a big group of Japanese tourists, which was her chance of blending in and out. That caught me off guard, it was 1 - 0 for her... to be continued.
The first chase and run agent style story, the following two are also part of this three pic series
...the chase was on. In another part of the building I thought I saw a shadow hushing across the corridor, but it was only sunlight reflecting from the window. Did I loose track already? To be continued...
I could quickly tell that I was too late again. She'd always been a better agent than me, always a step ahead - now she transformed into a Berlin Bear and there was nothing in the least I could do about it.
I stood there wondering where time had gone, when all of a sudden cars hissed by - 4,000 years in a snap, that was quick!
The first post with a time travel theme
Right before liftoff, I had the chance to visit the cargo room of the spaceship where they kept the gifts and the volunteers for the Sinjinfrinjins - and boy, was I surprised.
The first post with a science-fiction theme. My good friends, the Sinjinfrinjins appear regularly
I meant to fasten the brig with the rope, but by the time I had gathered enough strength the rope was half buried in the sand. Caught in the time warp again!
As I lay there on the beach, totally immobilized, the cold water behind me, the mighty heather wave about to crash onto me - I really just couldn't tell if this would be the end of my day.
Shortly before I was arrested for indecent exposure, I realized that standing naked at a bus stop of a line which was closed down during winter months, wasn't such a glorious idea after all.
Where had it begun, where would it end? For the time being I was safe right here in the woods by the tracks, but for how long? I'd be worried a little if it wasn't for the beauty of it all.
The hair in the back of my neck stood up: through the steamy window I could see the little hooded figure getting onto the bus. The same mysterious figure which had brought terrifying horrors into the neighborhood, that empty glowing face, those colorless piercing eyes. My thoughts were with the bus driver and the poor passengers.
...and the first post with a mystery twist
