The rumble subsides once again, solitude wraps the Anatolian endlessness - history has stamped another chapter onto the rolling supernatural ground. Listen: there is nothing to be heard. See: there is no one to be seen. Black scorched earth is healing and winter will come as a welcome guest. The survivors, the hermits and lovers have their season lasting for another cycle of conquerors, it is a silence and peace as familiar as the storms of time. The sleep, the white, the orange glow and bloom will cover and sweep as always in the past. Hurt and recover is the endless circle of the land that humans have always known. Listen: the faint gurgle of a spring. See: the people by the water filling their troughs. The snow will come and cover all that has to rest, all that has to sleep, all that has to wait. Another season will be here, no doubt; a season that will be as precarious as the cultivation of the fields and the longevity of the houses. In calm anticipation they shall behold and embrace the inevitable changes to come.
